our chronic kidney care initiative

Chronic kidney disease affects over 30 million people with an additional 100 million people suffering from diabetes and hypertension; the leading causes of chronic kidney disease. CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid services) spends more then $85,000 per dialysis patient per year; the most of any other disease in the US. Our goal is to stop or slow down the kidney failure process. If we can prevent 5% of CKD patients from going on dialysis for the next 5 years, it could save our government over 650 billion dollars in CMS medical reimbursements.
